Jennifer Harvey is helping me get back into shape – again. She’s located at the Factory Lofts in downtown Los Angeles operating out of the Body by Nii-Sign Personal Training and Fitness studio.

The gym is fully equipped and the trainers work one-on-one with clients so there’s never a crowd.

Customized workout plans are created for each client and the trainers also have relationships with certified dieticians and physical therapists who can assist with nutrition and injury management.
