Jennifer Harvey is helping me get back into shape – again. She’s located at the Factory Lofts in downtown Los Angeles operating out of the Body by Nii-Sign Personal Training and Fitness studio.
The gym is fully equipped and the trainers work one-on-one with clients so there’s never a crowd.
Customized workout plans are created for each client and the trainers also have relationships with certified dieticians and physical therapists who can assist with nutrition and injury management. Thanks to you Plymouth Agency! I’ve received some really great feedback about our first publication, since its inception in July. The clients that are already on board love it and for the others, it seems to remind them to call me when their otherwise busy lives get in the way of their fitness goals.
